Waste Heat Recovery of Transformer

Commonly, waste heat is not recovered because of expensive equipment or technological challenges. From references it is analysed that low-temperature waste heat is present in various locations, including industry. The improvement of environmental balance will result from the reduction of carbon dioxide if such heat recovery is made practical. The authors suggest adopting system development technologies for tap water and sewer facilities, buildings, public amenities, roads, trains, etc. to utilize waste heat and increase overall transformer efficiency.
