Condition Monitoring for Detecting the Malfunction of Industrial Machines

In this article, we present a condition monitoring technique using temperature and vibration sensors. The research was done with advanced sensor technology that helps us to measure, record, analyze and improve the production processes. Tests are performed on a water dispenser and industrial ventilation systems. These tests were performed with a sensor connected to a server where all data is stored and analyzed. Different alarms can be set to be quickly informed when the equipment is not working properly. The maintenance person designated by the system administrator can also access the data in real time. With this platform can examine waveforms, graphs and alarm history, to create helpful reports. Maintenance personnel may then be better able to track subsequent failures and to predict in which area a failure may occur.
