EV Charging Navigation Strategy based on Evolutionary Game

As a kind of distributed energy, electric vehicle (EV) has the characteristics of both vehicle and mobile load, and its large-scale disordered charging navigation will have a huge impact on the power grid and traffic road network. Therefore, an EV-based charging navigation strategy is proposed. Firstly, according to the topological characteristics of the traffic network and the practical speed-flow relationship model, the traffic characteristics of electric vehicles under the road network constraints are simulated, and then the starting node and destination node of electric vehicles are obtained by the OD analysis method. Then, based on the evolutionary game, a charging navigation optimization model considering the charging capacity of electric vehicles, the charging station queuing model and the charging station selection strategy is established. Finally, taking the transportation network and its distribution system with 10 charging stations in the central part of a city as an example, the numerical simulation is carried out to analyze the impact of different pricing strategies of charging stations on the power grid, transportation network, charging station revenue and user costs during the rapid charging of large-scale electric vehicles. The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
