Research works conducted in the Institute of Electronic Fundamentals of Military University of Technology

The purpose of this paper is to show the main directions of metrological works performed in the Institute of Electronic Fundamentals of Military University of Technology. At present, the works concentrate on following problems: investigation and modelling of semiconductor structures, identification of physical fields, measurements of mechanical quantities, works to be used for medical purposes, data analysis and processing, diagnostics of anthropotechnical systems and application of optoelectronics to measurement techniques, effective integrated structures and algorithms for navigation data processing. Research works are carried out as internal works of the Institute or granted by State Committee for Scientific Research. The Institute co-operates with many institutions in Poland and abroad, mainly in France, England and USA.
