Research on CTI Voice Service Automatic Processing Technology for Logistics Scheduling Platform

To meet the scheduling requirements and business processes of logistics service center system construction, the implementation and design idea of logistics information system innovation based on CTI technology are proposed. Based on the availability analysis of the call processing function of logistics system, this paper designs the framework of voice business integrated processing system with CTI technology as the core. Then, the automatic voice response system of the system is realized in a multi-threaded manner, and the business functions of each key module of call center service are realized by comprehensively using ACD, IVR, SCADA, GPS and related technologies. At the same time, combined with the layered design idea, the load balancing strategy is adopted to complete the allocation of manual seats. The system test results show that the CTI application platform has high stability, high integration, high cost performance, and it can better meet the demand of practical applications for logistics communication scheduling.
