UX Evaluation of Application Learning Management System Taspen Company (Persero) Using the Pacmad Model (People at the Center of Mobile Application)

PT TASPEN (Persero) has an e-learning application as an internet-based learning system. Along with its use, continuous development is needed, and it requires user participation to provide an assessment of the use of e-learning applications in terms of user experience. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the e-learning application, determine the level of usability, and measure user satisfaction with the features of the e-learning application which will be used as recommendations for improvement. The research method used is the PACMAD model with SEM PLS testing with respondents from employees of PT TASPEN (Persero) whole work units using survey tools using Google Form. The results of the R-Square test are known that the efficiency variable value is 0.471, memorability is 0.666 and the Satisfaction value is 0.533 which indicates the level of influence between variables with moderate results, then the F-Square test shows that the efficiency variable has an influence on the satisfaction variable with the same effect value. the smallest compared to the other variables, namely 0.041. Therefore, the proposed improvement focused on the new user interface design effective and efficient for users, and that is the “Main Page” display adding the types of learning topics and changing the position of the latest learning to scrolling sideways, and separating menu between user and admin status on the display. Moreover, in the “Learning Menu” a preview link and download are suggested to be added to the learning material module.
