Construction Practice of Laboratory Open Management System Based on Safety Concept

University laboratory is an important place for training higher talents. The scientific and rational utilization of laboratory resources is related to the quality and quantity of talent training. Scientific co-ordination of the organization and opening of laboratories is the only way for laboratory construction, and also a necessary measure. It is the basic premise to improve the openness of the laboratory and ensure the safe operation of the laboratory. This paper discusses the current situation of laboratory safety management, puts forward specific strategy research for laboratory opening, and expounds the laboratory opening system based on security premise. This paper designs and develops a safety management information system of university open laboratory based on Web and database, which is helpful to strengthen the consciousness of experiment safety and safe operation habits of teachers and students, and provides reference for the safe opening of university laboratories.
