Research on Practice of Adopting International Standards at Home and Abroad and the New Adoption Standard Rate System in China

International standard is the common language of the world. In order to develop foreign trade and promote international exchanges, it is very important to adopt and apply international standards. Scientific statistics and calculation of adoption standard rate can accurately understand and master the consistency of national standards and international standards. The paper gives the connotation of adoption, analyzes the policy and practice of adopting international standards in the United States, Britain and Japan, and the statistical status quo and existing problems of adopting international standards in China, finally puts forward to the new adoption standard rate system, in order to provide technical support for developing or adjusting the relevant international standard transformation and international standardization work.
