Uncertainty Management in Electrical Power Systems

This research work intends to propose a novel methodology for the determination of the uncertainty in the measurement of electrical losses for distribution transformers class H dry type, submerged in refrigerant liquid series 15 kV. The proposed methodology performs conformity assessment within the measurement system that may exist in routine testing laboratories to record electrical losses with test compliance certificates and associated measurement uncertainty. This research work will address the national and international technical, regulatory and normative aspects that must be implemented, analyzed and evaluated in accordance with the current dynamics that occur in the sector.
