Design and analysis of control system for rail car

Aiming at the difficulty of manual identification of CA mortar layer gap of CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track, an intelligent track gap detection car based on Raspberry Pie 4B as the main control core was designed, and a non-destructive testing method based on laser scanning technology was used. The trolley can automatically travel on the track, locate its own position and measure its travel speed, display the detected gap width, depth and track plate number data corresponding to its position in real time, package and send the detected data to the terminal, and automatically identify the problem of avoiding the track side stop during the travel to prevent the trolley from collision. Through the design and analysis of the mechanism and control system of the trolley, the requirements of gap detection can be achieved, providing technical support for the safety assurance and development of high-speed railway.
