Fine granular scalability for H.26L-based video streaming

MPEG-4 and H.26L have reached or neared 'international standard' status and applications are being developed based on these standards. The new H.26L standard has been proven to be an attractive choice for videostreaming over MPEG-4. However, just as in single layer MPEG-4, it lacks adaptability to bandwidth variations. This paper examines FGS-like systems for H.26L.
