Control Structure Design and Simulation Analysis of Table Tennis Picking Robot

The existing grab-type table tennis ball-picking device needs to pick up the table tennis balls one by one, which has low picking efficiency and is easy to fail to catch; The absorption type table tennis ball pick-up device has poor absorption effect on the table tennis ball stuck in the gap or corner. In this paper, a table tennis ball-picking device using the functions of mechanical arm ball clamping and fluid suction is proposed, which can realize the switching between two different ball-picking mechanisms, and can be applied to a wider range of scenes and more practical; The mechanical control structure is simpler by positioning the suction pipe of the ball suction mechanism relative to the rotating arm on the ball clamping mechanism. The suction pipe can be driven by the rotating arm to realize the positioning adjustment of the angle of the goal opening, which greatly improves the reliability and efficiency of ball picking.
