Survey on internet of things based prototype design for aquaculture using machine learning

Aquaculture is known as underwater agriculture where most people rely on this field in India which has a major contribution to Indian economy as well. Due to rich protein food for humans, there will always be high demand as well as in supply. Farmers in Andhra Pradesh show more interest in this aquaculture where they export to other parts of India more than 85 percent from this state. Though most of the farmers follow the old traditional methods for aquaculture but with the advance of technologies in recent years they are advancing even in this field aiming for high protein food for human beings. The conventional problems faced in aquaculture can be overcome with advancement of technology especially with machine learning algorithms. IoT devices can be widely used in aquaculture along with machine learning algorithms to predict in advance the sudden weather conditions aiming for efficient production. In this paper we will discuss all the possible ways with the help of IoT devices to improve aquaculture along with future challenges.
