Application of Intelligent Residual Current Monitoring System in Low Voltage Distribution

In order to solve the problems of manual inspection of residual current in Low-voltage distribution switchgear, such as overstep tripped, tedious inspection work, large power outage area and long recovery time. In this paper, an intelligent residual current monitoring system is studied. The system has the functions of intelligent operation and maintenance, remote monitoring and fault location. Intelligent operation and maintenance and remote monitoring solve the problems of time-consuming and labor-consuming manual inspection and easy to miss detection; fault location is to locate the residual current fault point through residual current topology analysis, which solves the problem of difficult residual current fault location, realizes rapid restoration of power supply, and improves the operation, maintenance and management level of Low-voltage distribution.
