Design of News Interview Network Broadcast System Based on Streaming Media Technology

News interview network broadcast is a form of communication for the television media. Through modern communication technology, the real situation of the news scene and the reporter’s live interview information are directly launched and instantly synchronised to the general audience. In this paper, based on streaming technology, firstly, the network broadcast system architecture is studied and the capture terminal and the playback terminal are connected through a streaming server. The mobile terminal supports Android and iOS operating systems, and the fixed terminal supports Windows operating systems. Then, the live streaming server architecture is constructed and the related load balancing techniques, content distribution techniques, content storage techniques and content management techniques are studied. Finally, the audio and video synchronisation method are designed to adjust the playback according to the timestamps and reference clocks of the audio and video.
