Design of A New Strawberry Picking Device Based on Ridge Planting Strawberry

This paper aims to develop a new low-cost automatic strawberry picking device. In order to reduce the labor intensity of pickers and improve the integrity and efficiency of strawberry fruit picking, a solar-assisted artificial strawberry picking device with low cost, low energy consumption and convenient portability was designed. This device is very light, pickers can easily let the device operate, strawberry picking, can greatly reduce the intensity of labor [1], the device relies on the rotary manipulator claw blade and the advance of the device will be strawberry belt down, at the same time using the internal tooth conveyor belt will be picked under the strawberry to the collection box behind the device. Precise control of the conveyor belt and cut parts of the transmission ratio, ensure that each strawberry has an independent belt grid, so as to improve the integrity of the strawberry fruit, the principle of vibration in the box to screen the size of the strawberry.
