Speed Limit Signboard Recognition and Audio Alert for Driver Using CNN

This paper deals with designing and implementing an android application for alerting the vehicle driver with the voice alert command. The implementation begins with the speed limit sign Board detection and then the detected image is preprocessed after that CNN has applied in order the extract the features from the detected image and classify the image into one of the 8 classes after the image is classified a voice alert command will be given to the driver using the mobile speaker. The dataset is downloaded from the Kaggle German Traffic Sign detection to train the model, which is a benchmark dataset.
