Enhancing Employee Experience with HR Bots: A Study in Mega Company

An engaging and distinguishing employee experi-ence is more important than ever in driving performance. This article's main objective is to investigate employee experience in the current Human Resource (HR) environment and identify its immediate causes and effects. Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited's (ABFRL) case study was examined as part of the study's research process. The study was divided into two sections by researchers; the first phase involved identifying the key causes of employee experiences, while the second phase focused on finding remedies. The current exploratory research project uses secondary data as its foundation. The results suggest that HR bots are used for various Human Resource Management (HRM) tasks involving workers, including routine, interactive, and communicative tasks. The study's findings demonstrate the enhancement of employee experience by using AI -based HR bots. By using the case study of ABFRL, which offers important insights to HR policymakers, academics, and top management to improve e-learning efficacy, the study makes a distinctive contribution to the literature on employee experience.
