Reliability analysis of coal loading system

The coal loading system is the core subsystem of the coal transportation and marketing system, and is a piece of very critical equipment for coal loading and transportation. Its reliable operation is crucial for coal transportation and marketing enterprises. This paper takes the coal loading system as the research object, uses the FMECA method to analyze it, and analyzes its hazard evaluation indicators through the two comprehensive evaluation methods of TOPSIS and VIKOR. Through comparison and sorting, the priority level is found as the basis for improving the reliability of the system, thereby realizing the improvement of the quality of coal delivery.
