Influence of temperature on fatigue life of lock test mechanism

Aircraft cabin door lock is very important in flight missions. The reliability test of a lock mechanism is carried out. Firstly, a test mechanism that meets the test requirements is designed, the fatigue life analysis method of key parts of the mechanism is determined, and the fatigue life analysis framework of the mechanism is proposed. Then LMS.Virtual.Lab software is used to analyze the multi-body dynamics of the test mechanism, and the load spectrum of the analyzed object is obtained. Based on the dynamic analysis and the five-block diagram of fatigue simulation analysis, the fatigue life of the analyzed object was analyzed by Ncode DesignLife software. Finally, the thermal and structural coupling analysis of the test mechanism was carried out by using ANSYS software. After obtaining the stress data, the fatigue life of the analyzed object under the coupling of temperature and mechanical load was studied, and the influence of temperature on the fatigue life of the lock test mechanism was analyzed.
