Design and Implementation of Industrial Level Gas Leakage Detection Using IoT

The industrialization not only increases pollution but also the level of automation. It should be possible to access and trace industrial gas leakage. factors that have an effect on the health of ecosystems and living organisms. Monitoring industrial pollution involves gathering data at various industrial sites and at regular periods of time to produce data that may be used to identify present circumstances. The complexity of the factors causes significant differences between industries. The suggested system intends to create a reliable system that can detect industrial gas leaks, assist in their reduction and less human intervention in monitoring industrial pollution while also providing a safe working environment for the employees. Utilizing Internet of Things-based wireless technology, the system continuously assesses industrial pollutants, alerts users when emissions are on the rise, and then takes action to reduce those emissions. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of gadgets, vehicles, and home appliances with hardware programming, actuators, and networks that enable them to collaborate, exchange information, and interact with one another. IoT refers to the expansion of the Internet’s network beyond commonplace items like tables, workstations, smartphones, and tablets to a wide range of often non-intelligent or non-web-aware physical products and daily objects. These devices are equipped with innovation allowing them to communicate and connect via the Internet, as well as be monitored and managed from a distance. This project intends to establish a monitoring and controlling of pollution from industrial leakage method, provides a cost-effective fix and eliminates the need for labour-intensive measures to prevent gas leakage accidents.
