High Precision mm-Wave Radar Chipsets

The millimeter wave (mm-Wave) radar is a promising technology in the field of high-precision wireless sensing. However, how to design a high-precision mm-Wave radar under the condition of low cost and low power consumption is still a challenge. This paper introduces the principle of radar, and reviews the current status and future trends of mm-Wave radar chipsets from two aspects of high range resolution and angular resolution. We believe that this review article will give a bird's eye to the current research.
