Using SPSS and AMOS to Study the Influence Mechanism of Personal Values on Healthy Lifestyle of Chinese College Students

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress proposed the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy, which calls for vigorously promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. As the leader of socialist modernization, it is of great significance to study the influence mechanism of college students' personal values on healthy lifestyle. Based on the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars, this paper discusses the influencing factors and mechanism of healthy lifestyle of college students, and puts forward the hypothesis of the influence of personal values, health awareness and environmental attitude on healthy lifestyle. SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze 387 college students in Guangdong province. The results showed that: (1) college students' personal values positively affected their health consciousness and environmental attitude. (2) College students with a strong sense of health and a positive attitude toward environment tend to have a healthier lifestyle. (3) College students' personal values not only directly affect the healthy lifestyle, but also indirectly affect the healthy lifestyle through the mediating effect of health awareness and environmental attitude. This study provides theoretical and practical guidance for promoting healthy lifestyle of college students.
