CRM Marketing Data Mining Model Based on Genetic Neural Network

Data mining(DM) technology imitates human thinking activities on the basis of artificial intelligence. DM can not only realize online query operations on data, but also perform statistics, analysis and reasoning on these data, and mine the hidden rules behind the data. Managers make more favorable decisions and can predict future development trends, so it has been widely used in customer relationship management(CRM). Therefore, this paper analyzes the CRM marketing data mining model(DMM) based on the GNN. This paper firstly expounds the two theories of CRM and customer segmentation design goals, and provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of CRM DMM. Then, the DMM is constructed and evaluated through business process optimization, genetic neural network(GNN) data preprocessing, and model evaluation. Finally, the CRM data model is analyzed through the mining results and analysis and the analysis of the impact of the model on marketing strategies. draw corresponding conclusions.
