Two-Point Calibration Method for Intelligent Ceramic Pressure Sensor

Taking the national VI oil pressure sensor with ceramic pressure core and calibration chip as the construction scheme, the linear relationship between zero offset, sensitivity and temperature of ceramic pressure core is analyzed, so that the zero pressure and full pressure output values at high temperature can be calculated through the zero pressure and full pressure output values of pressure core at normal temperature; The traditional calibration process is simplified from obtaining these four calibration values to two calibration values, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the sensor; Within the service temperature range of $-40\sim 140 \ ^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$, the batch production accuracy is within $\pm 0.5{\%}$, and the efficiency is improved by about 200%.
