A Supervision and Early Warning Method for the Construction Period and Progress of Street Lamps in the Internet of Thing

Although the traditional progress management method has formulated a reasonable construction period plan, due to the lack of corresponding means and mechanism, it may not effectively monitor the progress implementation, and cause the project overdue. Therefore, it’s meaningful to establish a early warning mechanism to predict the progress and take corresponding measures. In recent years, the hot key chain project management method achieves the purpose of completing the project on schedule by establishing the project buffer and monitoring the buffer. The representative third-order matrix progress buffer monitoring and management effective method and the optimized fifth-order matrix progress buffer monitoring method consider the buffer zone and project progress at the same time, take the buffer zone consumption into account, and use the progress matrix to evaluate the project progress as a whole. Although it grasps the project progress more directly and quickly, there are blind spots because it is relatively mechanical, and misjudge may occur. In this paper, the buffer monitoring method is further optimized to restrict the progress proportion and buffer use, make the difference between the project progress percentage and the cumulative buffer use percentage, and divide the difference into areas for control, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the progress and avoid the delay of project progress caused by mechanical judgment.
