Digital Waste Collection Monitoring: Biskra City a Case Study

Waste overflow is the primary factor in land pollution. It can cause a variety of adverse health outcomes and increases the risk of respiratory infections, heart disease, and lung cancer, and creates an unsanitary environment. In this paper, a waste monitoring system is proposed for the collecting and handling of waste, as well as a quality of life improvement for citizens that can interact with the system for a better environment. The proposed system consists of three actors: a web application for the administrator, a mobile application for the truck driver, and a mobile application for citizens.
