Research on Noise Control Technology of DC Fast Charging Station

With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the vehicle pile ratio is still far from the planning goal. With the continuous improvement of the charging power of the charging pile, its noise also increases, and the complaints from residents are also increasing. Taking the noise of DC fast charging station as the research object, the noise characteristics and control scheme of the charging station are studied. The test results show that the sound pressure level of the charging pile noise is 65.4~80.1dB (A). In addition to low frequency noise, there is high frequency noise of 1000-3500Hz. On the basis of the sound insulation barrier scheme, the inlet and outlet of each charging pile shall be equipped with silencing elbows, which can make the sensitive buildings meet the requirements of less than 50 dB(A).
