Public Opinion Forecast of Mobile Network for Targeted Poverty Alleviation Based on GA Elman Model

In the era of mobile Internet, there are various ways of information transmission, and it is more and more convenient for people to obtain online public opinion information. Based on the theory of targeted poverty alleviation, this paper conducts accurate identification and prediction of some regions in China (including the east, middle and west) under the background of mobile Internet. This work will establish a GA Elman curve model based on targeted poverty alleviation mobile through literature analysis and use prediction methods to make pre judgment, and use prediction technology to build targeted and easy statistical calculation and other characteristic indicators to achieve dynamic optimization. After that, we designed a precision poverty alleviation mobile network public opinion prediction model, and conducted an experimental study on the model. The test results showed that the mean square error and absolute error of the model were 0.9 and 0.8, respectively, floating up and down, and the trend accuracy rate was the highest, up to 85.60%. Therefore, the prediction mobile network based on network public opinion was more accurate, more reliable, and more efficient, and its prediction mobile network effect was better. The prediction effect of the GA Elman model proposed in this paper was ideal.
