Digital Signature and Private Key Cryptography Mechanisms for Enhancing Node Authentication in WSN

Wireless sensor networks (WS Ns) contain sensor nodes that can consequently forecast the atmosphere and action to transmit the data in adversary situations. In WSNs, sensor cans transmission authentication methods to associate with the destination and broadcast the information in the network. Meanwhile, data transmission for WSN is wireless; thus, the attackers can overhear organized sensor nodes and the information forward between them; otherwise, they adjust the content of overheard information and introduce fake information into the WSN. To solve this issue, this article proposes Digital signature and Private key cryptography (DS PKC) mechanisms like an onion cryptography algorithm for enhancing node authentication in WSN. Here, the sensor node authentication is improved by the onion key cryptosystem. The security ensures the correctness of data, with no repudiation and authentication. This approach detects multiple attacks and pre vents the data from eavesdropping attacks in the WSN. The simulation outcomes demonstrate that the DSPKC approach increases packet delivery and minimizes the average delay and routing load in the WSN.
