Efficiency Adaptive Cleaning and Elimination Integrated Smart Device for Inner Wall of Oil Pipeline

Wax deposition exists in medium and long distance oil pipeline, which not only shortens the service life of the pipeline, but also increases the transportation energy consumption, but also reduces the safety of the oil pipeline. In this paper, an efficient and adaptive integrated device for cleaning and eliminating the inner wall of oil pipeline is designed. The device is divided into four modules: the front stage wax scraping and chipping module, the rear stage wax melting and digestion module, the guide support driving module and the energy supply auxiliary guarantee module. After starting to work in the pipe, the paraffin attached to the inner wall of the pipe is rotationally scraped and finely broken by the spiral scraper blade, and then melted and digested by the rear stage annular heating coil. Finally, it flows away with the crude oil for subsequent resource utilization. With the help of the impulse of crude oil and its own motion device, the device realizes the flexible movement in the oil pipeline. At the same time, Beidou Positioning System and speed detection system detect the operation state of the device in real time, and feed back and adjust in real time to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the device.
