Energy Saving of Double Pumps Controlled by Servo Motor in Large Injection Molding Machine

The power consumption of the traditional injection molding machine is great because of the serious overflow loss. The control of output pressure and flow can be realized by controlling the torque and speed of the asynchronous servo motor. And the energy saving effect of the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine will be greatly enhanced. The closed loop control is formed by the feedback of pressure and flow, which can improve the control precision of output pressure and flow.Double gear pumps can meet the requirement of instantaneous large flow output of injection molding machine. The energy-saving effect of the asynchronous motor servo pump control system on the injection molding machine is verified by the experiment.
