The Design of Low Voltage Multi-channel Sequential Output Space Borne Power Supply

Spacecraft is a large system composed of multiple units, all of which need a dedicated power supply. Based on the research background of miniaturized, light weight and high efficiency spacecraft, the low voltage multi-channel sequential output power supply with high reliability and high efficiency is designed in this paper. The traditional space borne power supply employs direct conversion to convert the on-board bus voltage into the voltage required by the load. Due to the large voltage transfer ratio (100), the single-stage converter is difficult to achieve high efficiency, high precision, good load regulation rate and good cross regulation rate. In order to solve the problem, this paper introduces a design method of two-stage converter, which realizes high efficiency, small volume, ultra-low voltage and multi-channel sequential output^[1].
