Abstract:
Remote working hub (RWH) can be considered as an effective replacement to working from the home model where the sense of isolation and loneliness mitigates the performance of such users. However, RWHs offer an office space for coworking alongside others with enormous network facilities and inspirational design. Meanwhile, their performance analysing and impact evaluation are crucial for the continual development of smart cities. In this paper, based on analysing amenity features and using nearest neighbour classification, we propose an efficient scoring model for RWHs which can be used not only for assisting them but also provides recommendations for new ones. The proposed model was applied to RWHs of Dublin city as a proof of the concept.
