Research on Intelligent Construction of Modular Substation

The construction mode of modular substation constructions combined with industrialization is the development trend of the new intelligent construction mode. However, the industrialized construction mode of modular substations still lacks a complete set of implementation plans, and the specific concept is not clear. Therefore, this paper explores and practices the smart construction of substations in terms of modular design, integrated installation, and industrialized production, and studies key technologies such as prefabricated cabin structure design, optical cable alignment channels, and standard interface design. Finally, combined with the effectiveness of the pilot prefabricated cabin substation construction of National Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd, it proves that the modular cabin substation has practicality and promotion value. This paper is beneficial to guide the development of modular substations.
