89nW Class AB Bulk Driven Quasi Floating Gate Two Stage Operational Transconductance Amplifier

Low-power consumption and high gainbandwidth (GBW are the crucial performance parameters of the bulk driven (BD) operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) owing to inherent low transconductance of BD technique. In this work, class AB bulk driven quasi floating gate (BDQFG) technique based two Stage OTA working at 0.3 Vis proposed and designed in 0. 1S$\mu$m CMOS technology. The proposed OTA delivers gain bandwidth of 10.5 kHz, total harmonic distortion of 1%, gain 51.28 dB, power consumption of 0.089 $\mu$W and Figure of merit of 1336.4. The proposed Class AB BDQFG technique based two Stage OTA can be used in low-power analog circuits intended for processing of biomedical signals.
