Application of Financial Robots Based on RPA Technology in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

The trend of enterprise digital transformation is irresistible. Robotic process automation (RPA), as a software based solution, is used to automate rule-based business processes involving daily tasks, structured data and deterministic results, which is a necessary condition for enterprise digital transformation. The rapid development and application of new and high technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence provide a good technical platform for SMEs to achieve robotic process automation (RPA) in financial management. Based on the emergence and development of RPA financial robot and the problems existing in small and medium-sized enterprises, through network survey and literature analysis, this paper analyzes the necessity of the application of RPA financial robot in the financial, accounting, tax and other fields of small and medium-sized enterprises, and finds that the use of RPA financial robot can effectively reduce human costs and improve work efficiency. Based on this, we put forward feasible suggestions to help SMEs achieve digital transformation.
