Research on Intelligent Optimization Decision Support Platform of Solid Waste Environmental Risk Event Disposal Technology Under the Background of Big Data

With the advent of the Internet information age, the big data technology is constantly developing and maturing. The combination of data storage, mining, analysis and application with environmental governance is an important direction of future environmental management. The data related to environmental governance is very complex, and the value of many environmental data has not been excavated. With the abundance of various data collection equipment, the accuracy of data is also getting higher and higher. At present, very rich data information has been accumulated. According to the literature survey, at present, the utilization of unstructured data in the environmental field in China is mainly remote sensing data, while the utilization of other network unstructured data is not sufficient. In order to improve the level of environmental management, the comprehensive utilization of multi-source data is a top priority. This study takes the complaints on the official website of Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment from 2015 to 2021 as the research data, builds a case base and technical base for solid waste environmental risk events, establishes a technical optimization model for emergency disposal of solid waste environmental risk events based on MCDM and TOPSIS, and designs a comprehensive management platform for solid waste environmental risk events, which can provide decision-makers with a technical optimization scheme for solid waste risk event disposal. This method is the combination of intelligent technology and big data technology, which can further promote the application and development of big data technology in the environmental field.
