IOT based Energy Management System using STM32 and AWS IOT

Energy is an important aspect in research across industrial, agricultural, and commercial use. Energy management across various appliances in an optimal way is essential at this juncture. In present day, energy usage is predominantly dependent on natural and non-renewable resources like coal and oil. The energy demands are increasing day by day with the increasing population, increasing economic growth and consumption patterns leading to exploitation of energy. Energy demand must be met while contributing towards economic use of energy. Advanced embedded technologies and Internet of Things (IoT) are used to monitor the energy usage so as to reduce the energy consumption. IoT based STM32 Microcontrollers along with various sensors energy is managed efficiently by automation. The system also keeps monitoring the consumption of energy which gives the user information and insights. The AWS IOT Analytics is used to update the information on web. This work will achieve energy conservation in a building environment with many appliances.
