Design of tower crane anti-collision algorithm based on two-dimensional coordinate system

As a common tool on construction sites, tower cranes are widely used because they can greatly promote construction efficiency. As tower cranes are used more and more widely, collisions between adjacent tower cranes and tower cranes and surrounding buildings often occur, which greatly threatens the safety of workers on construction sites. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of tower crane collisions, this paper first analyzes the operation of tower cranes in different situations in detail, and summarizes the reasons for collisions between tower cranes and buildings and adjacent tower cranes. Then, based on the idea of the traditional three-dimensional homogeneous coordinate transformation anti-collision algorithm, this paper designs an anti-collision algorithm based on a two-dimensional coordinate system by classifying various operating conditions of tower cranes in detail, and using the height sensor and Zigbee technology. Finally, compared with the traditional three-dimensional homogeneous coordinate transformation algorithm, the algorithm is simple and the system executes faster.
