CSR and Blockchain technology: A proposed model for sustainable growth

CSR is becoming a global concern as more firms are placing a greater emphasis on environment and sustainability. CSR is a way of transforming social and environmental activities in ongoing organizational practices. Current study is written in the framework of India, where significant efforts have been made to encourage companies to involve towards sustainable approaches by different CSR activities. In this line, Blockchain is a technology that is an excellent solution to ensure transparency, reliability, and security, especially for such activities where the spent amount on CSR is susceptible to fraud. This study endeavored to suggest a framework in the setting of the Indian firms where the objective is to explore the enablers that effectively support the sustainable growth.
