Linking HO Delay towards Load Balancing in SDN-HetNets Environ

Within the context of heterogeneous networks (HetNets), which are networks made up of BSs with asymmetry transmitted power, we propose a new handover (HO) algorithm that takes into account system stability from both the user and internet backbone viewpoint. Traditional HO methods that only take into account the person's viewpoint, such as RSS-based methodologies, may provide suboptimal achievement in such a network topology because they tend to communication is a key to cells with high bandwidth powers. The algorithm is supported by a framework that is sketched out in some detail; this structure is based on Software Defined Networking (SDN) technology. Two other algorithms, one based on distance and one that is more commonly used in LTE networks, are contrasted with the suggested one. The load-aware strategy outperforms the other methods in terms of cell homework likelihood and client - side postpone.
