Research on Information Monitoring System for the Whole Process of Pipe Joint Installation in Immersed Tunnel

The floating transportation and installation of pipe joint is an extremely important part of the whole construction process of immersed tube tunnels. In order to solve the problem that the existing immersed tube monitoring system cannot achieve intelligent control of the whole process of floating transportation and installation of pipe joint, an information monitoring system for the whole process of floating transportation and installation of immersed pipe section was developed. The information monitoring system relys on Yuliangzhou Section of Xiangyang East West Axis Road Project and uses the cloud based B/S web page architecture. The system is composed of construction environment monitoring module, pipe joint floating monitoring module, pipe joint installation module, real-time cloud database, comprehensive early warning decision-making module and user interface sub module. The monitoring data types, monitoring methods, monitoring point layout and floating installation control points of the pipe section installation are analyzed. The external environment monitoring, floating transportation control of the immersed pipe and the installation control of the immersed pipe are effectively combined, and the functions of centralized processing, display and decision-making of the whole process construction data of the immersed pipe are given. The engineering practice has proved that the monitoring system has a good effect, and the whole process of floating transportation and installation of pipe joints is measurable, visible and controllable. It overcomes the operation difficulties of water-saving installation of immersed pipe, reduces the construction risk of pipe joint installation, and can provide reference for similar projects.
