Application and analysis of force characteristics of high - fill pile bearing retaining wall

In view of the problems of slope instability and insufficient bearing capacity of the traditional gravity retaining wall in the high fill slope and soft foundation, this paper puts forward the retaining scheme of pile bearing force retaining wall composite structure based on the background of a high fill project in Linxia city, Gansu Province. Through a series of theoretical calculation formula of gravity retaining wall alone setting piles combined retaining wall with three rows two, force calculation and three-dimensional finite element numerical analysis model is established, at the same time, the displacement mode of retaining wall and the distribution characteristics of earth pressure behind the wall under different calculation conditions are considered, and the numerical simulation results are compared with the analytical results. The results show that the combined retaining wall with three rows of bored piles has better mechanical characteristics such as stress distribution, displacement and deformation than the single gravity retaining wall. The earth pressure on the retaining wall is not linearly distributed along the wall height, and its distribution characteristics are related to the displacement mode of the retaining wall.
