Video editing technology based on image special effect filter algorithm

With the improvement of living standards and the popularity of computer, web and camera applications, people can easily capture many image and video footage and applications. However, how to effectively use image special effects filters for image or video editing and design and create new digital content that meets specific requirements has become an urgent problem to be solved. The purpose of this paper is to research video editing technology based on image special effect filter algorithm. This paper proposes a variety of filter and stylization implementation methods including multiple types of filters, image abstraction stylization, and image style transfer. Ideal algorithm result. Experiments show that compared with the experimental results of compressed images, the method in this paper achieves the lowest Pe in most training-test pairs, and the lowest value is even close to 1.
