Analysis and Empirical Study of Cloud Native Network Functions

With the promotion and development of cloud native technology, cloud native has gradually matured and entered the application stage. In the telecommunications industry, cloud native has also received extensive attention, and cloud native network elements have been applied in scenarios such as 5G core networks. The network function virtualization architecture was originally based on virtual machine technology. After the introduction of cloud native technology, it led to various deployment forms of cloud native network functions. Then, there is a lack of evaluation on the impact of different deployment forms on cloud native network functions. In this paper, we experimentally test and analyze the performance of CNF under different deployment forms, and clarify the impact of different deployment forms of CNF.
