A Probe into the Talent Cultivation Plan for the Orientation of Infant Sports of the Physical Education Major in Colleges and Universities -Take Huaihua University as an example

In the context of the “Healthy China Strategy”, work related to the physical and mental health of young children has become one of the important contents of the construction of a healthy China. The development of young children's physical and mental health is highly concerned, and “children sports” has therefore been given the meaning and mission of the times in the new era. This research is guided by the three basic goals of cultivating subject literacy, educational practice, and social adaptation. Through the three-level training stage of junior high school and senior high school, three courses of basic ability, professional ability and development ability are respectively injected into three training ability courses, which are optimized together. Three ways of talent training are established through resource sharing within the school, school + park cooperation, and a win-win platform between schools and enterprises. Ultimately, the ultimate goal is to jointly cultivate excellent children's sports talents with multiple skills, one specialization, all-round development, and adapt to the market. At the same time, it is physical education. The specialty is set up in the direction of preschool sports to provide practical reference for talent training.
