Capability Evaluation on Equipment Technical Support Force

With the development of information technology, the complexity of the equipment system has increased significantly. The requirements for equipment technical support force increased accordingly. In order to build a support force adapted to the contemporary equipment system, this paper studies the capability evaluation method of equipment technical support personnel, and constructs the capability evaluation model based on grey analytic hierarchy process. The results provide a theoretical basis for relevant enterprises to train and evaluate equipment support personnel.
