Polarimetric Characteristic Analysis of Complex Marine Aquaculture in Sanduao Coastal Zone

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data make up for the deficiency of visible light data in marine aquaculture monitoring due to its imaging characteristics. However, the characteristics of marine aquaculture can not be effectively extracted by single polarization and multi polarization data. In this paper, Freeman polarization decomposition is utilized to extract the characteristics of full-polarimetric GF-3 and radarsat-2 data. We analyze the polarization characteristics of complex marine aquaculture in dense marine aquaculture area and the factors affecting the effect of polarization characteristics. Finally, we set threshold according to the polarization characteristics of marine aquaculture and extract the floating raft aquaculture and cage culture in Sanduao coastal zone.
