Research on a new type of visual inspection device equipped with a high-voltage transmission line patrol trolley

For high-voltage transmission line inspection needs, this paper adopts a four-wheel hub structure, variable magnetic field wheel hub motor-driven high-voltage transmission line patrol cart, proposes a structure equipped with a new visual inspection device, uses new machine vision detection technology to collect data and images during operation, and carries out intelligent processing of information transmission, which can be remotely controlled by ground operators. The paper gives the main composition, working principle and implementation steps of the visual inspection device for high-voltage transmission line patrol, as well as the solar panel, high-voltage transmission line patrol cart, vertical motion mechanism and indexing rotary table for structural design principle, structural parameter design and strength checking, etc. Through finite element analysis, the model of key components is constructed and validated by analysis, and the results show that this method can meet the design.
